s390/scm: convert to blk-mq
Convert scm_blk to use the blk-mq API. This is just a simple conversion since we still use a single queue. Signed-off-by: Sebastian Ott <sebott@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Martin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>
