xtensa: reimplement DMA API using common helpers
- keep existing functionality: don't handle attributes, don't support high memory; - implement scatterlist primitives (map/unmap/sync); - enable DMA API debug. Signed-off-by: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc@gmail.com>
