sh: ecovec: use the CONFIG_MMC_TMIO symbols instead of MFD
The CONFIG_MFD_SH_MOBILE_SDHI Kconfig symbol is going to disappear soon,
switch ecovec to using CONFIG_MMC_TMIO(_MODULE).
