Input: gamecon - simplify pad type handling
Instead of having array bitmasks by type for all gamepads have explicit type field in every pad structure. Tested-by: Scott Moreau <oreaus@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dtor@mail.ru>
