drivers/net/mac8390.c: Convert printk(KERN_<level> to pr_<level>(
Use printk_once
Add #define pr_fmt(fmt) KBUILD_MODNAME ": " fmt
Convert printks without KERN_<level> to pr_info and pr_cont
