* hw: move target-independent files to subdirectoriesPaolo Bonzini2013-04-081-2217/+0
| | | | | | | This patch tackles all files that are compiled once, moving them to subdirectories of hw/. Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
* hw: include hw header files with full pathsPaolo Bonzini2013-03-011-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Done with this script: cd hw for i in `find . -name '*.h' | sed 's/^..//'`; do echo '\,^#.*include.*["<]'$i'[">], s,'$i',hw/&,' done | sed -i -f - `find . -type f` This is so that paths remain valid as files are moved. Instead, files in hw/dataplane are referenced with the relative path. We know they are not going to move to include/, and they are the only include files that are in subdirectories _and_ move. * | bt: replace fragile snprintf use and unwarranted strncpyJim Meyering2012-10-051-5/+2
|/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In bt_hci_name_req a failed snprintf could return len larger than sizeof(params.name), which means the following memset call would have a "length" value of (size_t)-1, -2, etc... Sounds scary. But currently, one can deduce that there is no problem: strlen(slave->lmp_name) is guaranteed to be smaller than CHANGE_LOCAL_NAME_CP_SIZE, which is the same as sizeof(params.name), so this cannot happen. Regardless, there is no justification for using snprintf+memset. Use pstrcpy instead. Also, in bt_hci_event_complete_read_local_name, use pstrcpy in place of unwarranted strncpy. * change all other clock references to use nanosecond resolution accessorsPaolo Bonzini2011-03-211-6/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This was done with: sed -i 's/qemu_get_clock\>/qemu_get_clock_ns/' \ $(git grep -l 'qemu_get_clock\>' ) sed -i 's/qemu_new_timer\>/qemu_new_timer_ns/' \ $(git grep -l 'qemu_new_timer\>' ) after checking that get_clock and new_timer never occur twice on the same line. There were no missed occurrences; however, even if there had been, they would have been caught by the compiler. There was exactly one false positive in qemu_run_timers: - current_time = qemu_get_clock (clock); + current_time = qemu_get_clock_ns (clock); which is of course not in this patch. * Revert "Get rid of _t suffix"Anthony Liguori2009-10-011-8/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | In the very least, a change like this requires discussion on the list. The naming convention is goofy and it causes a massive merge problem. Something like this _must_ be presented on the list first so people can provide input and cope with it. This reverts commit 99a0949b720a0936da2052cb9a46db04ffc6db29. This implements most of the logic of a real HCI (at least the pieces marked as mandatory). It doesn't support keys, authentication etc. It works on top of the LMP layer, which is not fully emulated because software never has direct access to it. git-svn-id: svn://svn.savannah.nongnu.org/qemu/trunk@5345 c046a42c-6fe2-441c-8c8c-71466251a162
