iotests: 124 - transactional failure test
Use a transaction to request an incremental backup across two drives. Coerce one of the jobs to fail, and then re-run the transaction. Verify that no bitmap data was lost due to the partial transaction failure. To support the 'err-cancel' QMP argument name it's necessary for transaction_action() to convert underscores in Python argument names to hyphens for QMP argument names.
