Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/awilliam/tags/vfio-update-20150109.0' into staging

VFIO fixes:
- Fix 32bit overflow in handling large PCI BARs (Alex Williamson)
- Fix interrupt shutdown ordering (Alex Williamson)
