Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/mst/tags/for_upstream' into staging
pci, pc, virtio fixes and cleanups A bunch of fixes all over the place. Also, beginning to generalize acpi build code for reuse by ARM. Signed-off-by: Michael S.
