Remove unnecessary casts from PCI DMA code in e1000
This patch removes some unnecessary casts in the e1000 device,
introduced by commit 62ecbd353d25e62c4a6c327ea88ba5404e13507a 'e1000:
Use PCI DMA stub functions'.
