Calculation of x an y based on width and height did not work when
width == 0 or height == 0. "0" substitutes the input width and
height, but did so too late for x, y expression evaluation.

This reverts commit 63be97ec403023fb664798432acedaf6e6922527.
All those calls were unchecked on purpose, as explained in the comments
in the code.

Deprecate AVFilterBuffer/AVFilterBufferRef and everything related to it
and use AVFrame instead.

Any alleged performance benefits gained from the split are purely
mythological and do not justify added code complexity.

A number of compilers, for example those from TI and IBM, choke on
these initialisers. The current style is also quite ugly.

It is not used in any filters currently and is inherently evil. If
passing binary data to filters is required in the future, it should be
done with some AVOptions-based system.

now.

Add drawutils.h and drawutils.c, and use them in the pad filter.
The new functions are going to be shared by other filters.

It is pretty hopeless that other considerable projects will adopt
libavutil alone in other projects. Projects that need small footprint
are better off with more specialized libraries such as gnulib or rather
just copy the necessary parts that they need. With this in mind, nobody
is helped by having libavutil and libavcore split. In order to ease
maintenance inside and around FFmpeg and to reduce confusion where to
put common code, avcore's functionality is merged (back) to avutil.

Previously the pad filter just drawed borders in the surrounding of the input
without checking if this area was allocated or writeable. Now we check and
allocate a new buffer if the input is unsuitable.

Define a new struct AVFilterBufferRefVideoProps and add a type field
to AVFilterBufferRef.
Video specific properties in AVFilterBufferRefVideoProps are now
referred to by *video pointer in AVFilterBufferRef.

AVFilterLink.srcpic -> AVFilterLink.src_buf
AVFilterLink.cur_pic -> AVFilterLink.cur_buf
AVFilterLink.outpic -> AVFilterLink.out_buf
The new names are more generic and more consistent, since the struct
they contain, which was named AVFilterPicRef, has been renamed to
AVFilterBufferRef.
