	different.  This patch leaves hooks in the form of CVS_ACCESS,
	CVS_CHDIR, CVS_CREAT, CVS_FOPEN, CVS_MKDIR, CVS_OPEN, CVS_OPENDIR,
	CVS_RENAME, CVS_RMDIR, CVS_STAT, and CVS_UNLINK to accomodate
	these differences.
