This is a brief description of the new features and fixes added to
lukemftpd-1.1 since the release of lukemftpd-1.0.

* Fixed checkportcmd for the IPv4 case.

* Added support for S/Key authentication.

* Use method other than glob(3) to do ~ expansion.

* Improve portability.

* Rewrite method of handling out-of-band operations, in order to more
  easily support RFC2228 security extensions in a future release.
