Subject: Remove the old version of the DTraceToolkit from the source tree. The
 DTraceToolkit is part of the Open DTrace effort and is supported on FreeBSD
 as a port (sysutils/DTraceToolkit) which has been updated to properly track
 toolkit development upstream.
