- Move csup away from contrib/ and into usr.bin/. Software is no longer

  contributed, and main development is happening in the FreeBSD repo.

+The

+utility creates scrambled passwords for the

+server's authentication database.  It is invoked with a client name
+and a server name.

+is the name the client uses to gain access to the
+server.  By convention, e-mail addresses are used for all client
+names, e.g.,

+Client names are case-insensitive.
