Now that the uplcom(4) driver can autodetect the chipset type, sync the
list of devices supported by uplcom(4) with the following sources: NetBSD src/sys/dev/usb/uplcom.c 1.70 OpenBSD src/sys/dev/usb/uplcom.c 1.52 Linux drivers/usb/serial/pl2303.h from kernel 2.6.35 BeOS usb_serial/driver.c 1.32 Give several devices better descriptions, and rename PROLIFIC2 -> NETINDEX while here to match everybody else. MFC after: 6 weeks (after r211111)
