Introduce support for Mandatory Access Control and extensible
kernel access control.
Label mbufs received via ethernet-based interfaces by invoking
appropriate MAC framework entry points.
Perform access control checks on out-going mbufs delivered via
ethernet-based interfaces by invoking appropriate MAC entry
points.
