Make all Ethernet drivers attach using ether_ifattach() and detach using
ether_ifdetach(). The former consolidates the operations of if_attach(), ng_ether_attach(), and bpfattach(). The latter consolidates the corresponding detach operations. Reviewed by: julian, freebsd-net
