- Added PC-98 Cbus frontend.
- Move dev/aic/aic_isa.c entry from conf/files to conf/files.MACHINE because PC-98 uses different file. Submitted by: nyan and IMAI Takeshi <take-i@ceres.dti.ne.jp>
