MFV for tzdata2007h
Timezone data changes in the following locations: - Egypt (push possible DST ending one year ahead) - Iran gets DST again in 2008. - Palestine DST time for this year fixed. - Brasils DST rule change in 2008. - Venezuela time moves half an hour back at the end of this year.
