New release notes:
gre(4) IPv6 over GRE support,
ipfw IPv6 support,
new sysctl net.inet6.ip6.stealth added,
g_label now supports Ext2FS and ReiserFS,
bsdiff(1) and bspatch(1) added,
ping(8) "sweeping ping" support,
wcsdup() function added,
rc.d/gbde_swap renamed to rc.d/encswap,
rc.d/geli and rc.d/geli2 added, and
portsnap(8) imported.
