New release notes: Linux IPv6 support, cm support for IPX (+MFC),

FAST_IPSEC and INET6 can coexist (sort of), wfd/wst removal, compat4x
adds libcrypto/libgmp/libssl libraries, config(8) nodevice,
mount_nfs(8) -c (+MFC), ping(8) -M.
