New release notes: Background fsck(8) summary recomputation (+MFC),
newfs(8) snapshot warning (+MFC), newsyslog(8) -N, systat(1) -netstat
IPv6-ware (+MFC), merged install/fixit CDROMs (+MFC).
MFCs noted: IPFIREWALL_FORWARD_EXTENDED, strftime(3) GNU extensions,
rc.conf(5) tmpmfs_flags and varmfs_flags.
