New release notes:
syscons(4) Colemak keyboard layout support,
jme(4) for JMicron JMC250 Gigabit/JMC260 Fast Ethernet controllers,
ISDN4BSD and netatm removal,
libarchive-based cpio added and GNU cpio renamed as gcpio,
jexec(8) -j option added,
ping6(8) return value is now the same as ping(8),
tar(1) --numeric-owner, -S, and -s options added, and
pkg_create(1) -n option added.
