Try to play catch-up with CURRENT's release notes.
New release notes: devfs(5) now mandatory, SCHED_ULE, geom(4) now
mandatory, BIND 8.3.4 (+MFC), libpcap multi-DLT support, OpenSSL
0.9.7, tcpdump multi-DLT support.
