Enable AI_ADDRCONFIG as a valid flag of getaddrinfo(3). Some
applications specify AI_ADDRCONFIG and fail to run under FreeBSD.
Latest mews is known. Now, getaddrinfo(3) behaves according to
AI_ADDRCONFIG.
