Assorted mdoc(7) fixes:
- fix hard sentence breaks - sprinkle a few .Vt's where neccessary - remove incorrect use of `\-' - proper quoting using .Dq, instead of manual ``...'' Approved by: des@ (mentor) Reviewed by: ru@
