MFC r294515:
Fix the implementations of PSEUDO_NOERROR and PSEUDO.
The PSEUDO* macros should not declare <syscall>, only _<syscall> and
__sys_<syscall>. This was causing the interposing C wrappers to be
ignored due to link order.
