It is bsd.sites.mk one should look for a full list of default sites,
not bsd.port.mk anymore.
Add MASTER_SITE_XFREE, MASTER_SITE_RINGSERVER, MASTER_SITE_TCLTK and
MASTER_SITE_RUBY.
Document and add MASTER_SORT_REGEX.
