Changes for Alpha and EGCS.
* Commonalities with i386, moved to a FreeBSD wide config file. * Major additions to this file were adapted from Hidetoshi Shimokawa <simokawa@FreeBSD.ORG>'s Alpha suppliment to the Egcs 1.1.2 port.
