  $ cp /usr/X11R6/share/qhacc/config.sample ~/.qhacc/config
  $ chmod u+rw ~/.qhacc/config
  $ export QHACC_HOME=~/.qhacc (sh or bash)
  $ setenv QHACC_HOME ~/.qhacc (csh or tcsh)
