You are suggested to set the following on php.ini:

	include_path should include "."
	register_globals should be false (off)
	magic_quotes_gpc should be false (off)

Important Notices From Release Notes:

If you start with this system, please use calendar1 instead of
calendar2, it has a somewhat unclear future.

The admin3 is not finished yet, don't use it, or READ THE DOCS
if you really want to try it!
