* New port: A virtual note-pad system for your X11 desktopedwin2003-10-066-0/+77
| | | | | | | | | | xpad is a sticky note application written using GTK+ 2.0 that strives to be simple, fault-tolerant, and customizable. xpad consists of independent pad windows; each is basically a text box in which notes can be written. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | patch involved patching the core auto* routines in KDE to accept the PTHREAD_* variables in the environment, with fallbacks. We decided the easiest way to implement this in ports was to generate configure instead of risking incorrect generation at port configure time. Said patch has already been committed to HEAD in KDE and as such will be removed with the 3.2 upgrade once it is released. Ports using Makefile.kde that shouldn't be using them (i.e. non-KDE modules) have this support commented out due to lack of patch. Helped out: Adriaan de Groot <adridg@cs.kun.nl> Lauri Watts <lauri@kde.org> Andy Fawcett <andy@athame.co.uk>

* Update to 0.22.netchild2003-09-2612-12/+621
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This update is a collaboration between the maintainer and myself, the libdesklets part isn't finished and needs a little more debugging (RAM and boottime display). Unfortunately we also have a problem with threads (they get created, but they don't run/start) which we can't track down, so it's not easy to debug the remaining libdesklets bugs. We decided to commit the port in the current incarnation as at least the desklets which I will commit shortly after this update will work without problems. Submitted by: maintainer
