- Apply security-patch from
http://www.securityfocus.com/archive/1/358626/2004-05-13/2004-05-19/2
- Remove FORBIDDDEN, bump PORTREVISION
- Force use of byacc since the preferred bison (if installed) would need
additional tweaking
